Who seriously has time to do anything extra these days?! These muffins are amazing, EASY and taste fantastic! The perfect snack (for adults AND kids) and not loaded with sugar like the ones you pick up at the store. I must say, if I want something sweet, this hits the spot and I know it won't make me feel terrible after eating it like other things do. I hope you like them as much as I do!
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees!
2 very ripe bananas
1 tbsp honey
1 cup of any nut butter
1/2 tsp baking soda
1 tbsp coconut oil
Pulse until smooth. Mix in chocolate chips if you'd like (do not blend!)
Separate batter into 12 muffin liners (or spray the muffin tin)
Bake for 18-22 minutes (or until a toothpick comes out clean)
